That's not a solution. It has already been shown that the containers, no matter what they are made of, will corrode, and rot away. So, what do you do with the leaching? However, right wingers have no ability to think of other solutions such as reprocessing which Carter made illegal, and so far no Republican has had the balls to change. However, doing things the right way the first time is not a Republican trait:
