Virginia's 2nd Congressional District

I found this article about Virginia's Second Congressional District and wanted to know what you all think about what is going on in there ?

There is a Republican Candidate who donated to Obama, Mark Warner, and a referendum to raise the sales tax, the Democrat voted against health care, cap and trade, and extending unemployment democrats, and an independent who is the immediate past chairman of the Republican Party of Virginia Beach (the largest city in the district)

The 2nd District is Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and the Eastern Shore. 1/5th of the nations military power resides in or passes through the district. The nations largest Navy base is there, the home port for east coast carriers is there, Joint Forces Command is headquartered there, Langley AFB in Hampton is the home of most of the nations F-22 Raptors, the list goes on and on.

It seems like the independent candidate might have a chance of winning here.

It's definitely time for an Independent

Independent candidate Kenny Golden is without a doubt the most qualified candidate in Virginia's 2nd Congressional District. Unlike his Republican and Democratic opponents, Golden supports the Fair Tax, which would get illegal immigrants paying taxes, among other things. A 31-year Navy veteran, Golden has more national security experience than his two opponents combined.
