Glad they were able to take him down before he was able to kill more.

A gunman attacked worshippers on Sunday at a suburban Sikh temple in the midwestern United States, killing at least six people before he was himself shot dead by police.

The police commander at the scene in Oak Creek, near Milwaukee in Wisconsin, said he and federal agents are treating the mass shooting as a suspected act of "domestic terrorism," though the shooter's motive was unclear.

There have been 10 attacks like this against Skih temples. 2 here in CA. In some cases the attackers thought they were muslims. The Skih religion seems to be very democratic and nonthreatening, so why they were targeted, it's hard to say.

There are millions of veterans (including me) out there and it is always annoying when the news starts out with that.
I understand the connection--with guns and training along those lines--but vets have a far greater history protecting the lives of others--than taking them.
