Will Republicans Change Tactics?

Since the GOP's 100% Obstructionist tactic was ineffective at stopping the HC bill & since most pundits agree that the tactic of "Just Say No" has been counter-productive.....Does anyone think the GOP will change tactics & actually try to be constructive in the future?

Or should they continue with the same tactic?
