Hello,

I was a moderator on here several years ago, in the early days of this forum.

Firstly, let me say I am very pleased this site is still going. I am also sorry I jumped ship and never fulfilled my duty looking after the forums.

However, what I never told the administrator and other moderators at the time was that I was in fact 16 years old when I was appointed.

A lot has changed. I am now 22, and my political outlook is very different. I look forward to being back, and maybe even bumping into a few people from circa 2008.

I've been checking into all of my law books. Luckily for you and the HOP Forum, there are no laws against "underaged moderating". You weren't drinking alcohol while you were underage-moderating were you? ;) Welcome back!

Well, hi, I think I have some recollection of you. Cant say that I ever developed many personal relationships, mostly addressed what people said. These days there are few of us and I have started having more of a relationship with others.

So 9sublime, how has your political outlook changed?

From what I remember, I used to hold some pretty incompatible views on socialism and libertarianism which all seems very embarrassing now.

I'd say I've just because more miserable and cynical, but less sure, about everything. Except religion, I still have no time for religion.

No problems....however, are you intolerant of those who are religious?

I am tolerant to the extent that I don't care what you chose to do or believe, as long as it is not of detriment, or forced upon, me or anyone else. As a result, in day-to-day life I tend to avoid religious debate and just try and get along with as many people as I can. If you are a nice person, your religious beliefs and personal faith are no business of mine. :)

However, if you wish to engage me in open discussion on the subject here, in what I do consider to be an appropriate place, you will quickly find I have a low tolerance level for the more wildly illogical religious reasoning, patronizing dogma and frequent hypocrisy within organised churches.

Welcome back, 9sublime. We're interested in what your newly minted political outlook may be now, and whether your mind can be changed yet again.

You must be talking about global warming.
