He’s said he was unfairly identified as an extremist due to a cross tattoo on his chest.

This week, however, a fellow Guard member who was the unit’s security manager and on an anti-terrorism team at the time, shared with The Associated Press an email he sent to the unit’s leadership flagging a different tattoo of Hegseth’s that’s been used by white supremacists, concerned it was an indication of an “Insider Threat.”

None of those protesting privileged punks would have had to serve on active duty. Their goal was to take away the kind of glory and respect that troops born in the working class were given after World War Two. And of course, the pro-war Conservatives had their Daddies get them out of the fighting.

When hereditary rights become a matter of who dies and who doesn't even have to serve, all of them must be abolished. These spoiled brats should be sent back to the crumbling castles of Europe where they belong.

All the American lives lost in Vietnam were lost for no good reason. The US could and should have simply allowed an election in South Vietnam and refrained from helping the South Vietnamese government in any way.

Instead of pissing away the billions on that that useless, stupid war, we could have given all Americans universal healthcare and abolished Jim Crow in the USA.

But Trump finagled a way to avoid an military service at all, and some other sucker got the bullet that could have benefitted all Americans by eliminating Trump and Trumpism forever,

There was NO CHANCE that the Vietnam war was ever winnable. MacNamara Knew this, so did LBJ and so did Nixon and Ford.
Nothing Bill Ayers did caused the war to be lost. The facts are clear: all the Americans who died there, died in vain. They died for LBJ's vanity and Nixon's vanity. Ever dollar spent could and should have been used to eliminate poverty in our country.
