This is in reference to articles I remember reading (in High Times), yeeeeaaaarrrrs ago....and, since pot is finally losing it's "evil" status....I figure it's time to progress....'cause that's what capitali$m does.
.
Ya' really want a war with no ending....or, do you give the customers what they desire....in more-measured / non-modifiable "doses"???
.
How serious are you....about boosting manufacturing-capabilities in this country?

The Amazing World of the Coca Leaf

What misguided experts claim is a miracle medicine today may end up being exposed as deadly dangerous as in the case of Eben Byers.

Man Drank So Much Radioactive Liquid His Jaw “Fell off” And His Body Started “Rotting” from the Inside Out

He believed he had found the ultimate health elixir, drinking it daily for years. At first, he felt stronger, more energized—until his bones began to dissolve. His teeth fell out, his jaw crumbled, and his body became dangerously radioactive. What seemed like a breakthrough became one of history’s most horrifying medical disasters.

"Coca was used in Inca feasts and religious rituals, among many other things. It was a driving factor in the labor efforts that Inca kings asked of their citizens, and also used to barter for other goods. Coca was vital to the Inca civilization and its culture. The Incas valued coca so much that they colonized tropical rain forests to the north and east of their capital in Cuzco so that they could increase and control their supply. The Incas colonized more humid regions because coca cannot grow above 2600 meters in elevation (coca is not frost-resistant)."

Mind-altering substances have been in common use among savages for thousands of years.

Chewing Coca leaves is the traditional way that the Inca and other Andean cultures used for eliminating the symptoms of soroche, or altitude sickness. Human beings are not well suited for dealing with the thin atmosphere of high altitudes. Caffeine use is common all over the planet to make people more alert. There is no moral difference between an Andean person chewing coca leaves and you drinking coffee or tea in the morning.

If you want to get a good night's rest, then you should refrain from drinking espresso before going nighty-night. If you want to lay brick or frame houses, then it would be unwise to smoke pot or get drunk.

You are of the utterly mistaken opinion that anyone that does not ape your wacko fundie behaviors is a "savage".

Civilizations that are founded on godly views and values are civilized. Uncivilized nations do not reverence the Creator God as the Lord of the Universe.

So somehow, you are the judge of whether people in the Andes should be allowed to chew coca leaves or Jesus will punish them? Is that what you're saying? Do you have a Biblical quote about chewing coca leaves?

God is Judge, not me. Ancient civilizations such as the Andeans and Incans can hardly be said to be comparable to modern advanced civilizations.

The Peruvians and Bolivians of today still chew coca leaves to deal with altitude sickness. Do you have a better cure for it than they do?

You are an old fashioned fundamentalist bigot, you are neither modern nor advanced. And of course, the civilization in the Bible is even more old fashioned and less advanced than any today.

Jesus was a monarchist, he did not think the people of his or any society should choose their own governments.
