The US does not have refineries capable of refining Venezuelan sour heavy crude oil. Nor are US refineries capable of refining most of the oil they pump in the US, What Americans are using is mostly refined from Gulf States and Saudi Arabia.

Trump does not give a shit about poor people in the US. He refused to pass Obamacare subsidies, and now poor people and a lot of middle class people cannot afford their health insurance.

Obamacare has cost Americans billions while minimally helping the mostly non-working class. That is just another democrat scheme to rob the rich to give to themselves while giving peanuts to the poor.
