Even Obama knew there was no evidence that Trump colluded with Russia to interfere with the 2016 election, yet he instructed John Brennan to write a fake assessment with two hand-picked co-conspirators and tell the public that their faked assessment was the compilation of 17 different intelligence agencies, which they all knew was a lie.
