We need underground rail system like Tunnels. Because High speed trains cant run though residental areas then they have to slow down. Thats the liberal law. I always took the Auto Train and at times they have to slow down going though residental areas. Now if they can build a high speed underground Auto Train from Sanford Fla to Landover MD it would take only 6-8 Hours to get there instead of 16-18 hours on ordinary auto train.
