Some times when Obama is asked how he will pay for his plans he says we can use the money currently being spent in Iraq.But other times he says we can not afford to borrow this money from China to fund the war because our children and their children will have to pay for it. I can not tell for sure if he is saying we should stop borrowing the money or if the borrowing is ok as long as it goes to another program. He has given mixed answers from what I have seen. Does anyone know for sure how he plans to pay for his 1 trillion dollars in new spending budget?
