A known photographer from Pennsylvania urges voters to vote in person because..

"We mailed in our Pennsylvania ballots on September 25th, 2020 - but it took two WEEKS for them to be recorded!". He also talks about the reasons why.

In certain cases the US reminds me of a third world country...

Two weeks is actually about right as far as receiving notice that your mail-in ballot has been received and not rejected. The Secretary of State where I live has recommended that you give them three weeks. The problem isn't the postal service, it's the election officials. I dropped my ballot in a drop box at City Hall yesterday for exactly this reason, I didn't want it to have to go through too many hands or departments. My ballot will go from the drop box directly to the precinct, it's much simpler that way.

Btw, what is the name of the man in the video?
