Like Biden and a few others, Bolton broke federal espionage laws by taking classified documents that he was not allowed to take. Democrats are now claiming Trump is weaponizing the DOJ by going after their crimes which is ironic considering the democrat DOJ was weaponized to charge Trump and conservatives with crimes they did not commit.

WASHINGTON — Federal agents seized three computers, two iPhones and reams of documents from former Trump national security adviser John Bolton’s house during their Aug. 22 raid, according to court records — which also revealed that the 76-year-old could soon face charges that may land him in prison for more than a decade.
If tried and convicted on all counts, Bolton could face up to 25 years behind bars. The longtime diplomat has not been arrested or charged with a crime.
Investigators shelved the case during the Biden administration, leaving current FBI Director Kash Patel to reopen the probe upon learning of its existence about a month after taking office in February, the officials told The Post.
