Biden was simply following the laws regarding asylum for people whose lives were threatened in other countries. And since the economy was booming, there were lots of jobs in the USA.   The solution was to pass the bipartisan law that Congress proposed, but Shitshizpants wanted to use immigration as his main talking point, and stupid and ignorant people  were so stupid and ignorant they believed his many lies about immigrants being a huge danger, which they are not.
