Did you find any evidence at all that this little stat is true, or did you just make it up for fun? If we're allowing child rapists into t he country, then immigration is not doing its job. Let's legalize the newcomers who are here to work and get away from an autocracy in their counties and concentrate on criminals. Most of the immigrants are not criminals, but the small percentage who are should be locked up in their home countries.
