Property rentals are much higher in high rent districts so businesses must charge more or close.  Those who don't like the prices should shut up and stop trying to destroy services in high rent districts that others want and are willing to pay for.  Kamala may be able to sell flesh and influence but she knows nothing about the economics of private businesses
