I would tend to agree with both you and Little acorn.  I also had them come to my house 3x in about a week and a half span.  I only filled out the Constitutional question on the census and gladly showed them in my pocket Constitution where I fulfilled my duty.  They were almost like pushy telemarketers right at your front door when I refused to answer anymore questions.
