While their constitutional mandate is for simple apportionment they have taken it a lot farther.

 

I recently got another lengthy form from census that went far deeper into information they do not require.  I ignored it.

Then I got another form with all sorts of scary language telling me of criminal penalties for failure to do their unconstitutional form.

Wasnt always this way of course.  I looked up census data from my ancestors and it was name age & occupation.
