This is just strange. In an effort to combat litter, vandalism and other 'anti-social' behavior, cameras that have speakers are being fitted in some 'hotspots' in England. The watcher on the other end can broadcast there voice to that camera and tell the litterbug or vandal to stop.
I personally see this as government sticking its nose where it doesn't belong, allthough I am not a British citizen. So maybe I should keep my mouth shut.
