There is legitimate concern about containing it in Africa. One guy did go missing but was eventually found.
Imagine if a myslim there got it and the jihadis knew. They would move heaven and earth to get him here. Its not like therehave been no muslims wandering in with the rest.

The possibilities for trouble with the administration's illegal inactions are quite disturbing.
