Conservatism must become a party unto itself!

The election of 2008 is solid proof if America is to be saved from either Socialism . Marxism , radical liberalism or other despots we must form our own party. Conservatism cannot flourish when deluted by the mongrelization that runs rampant in the Republican Party. Of course the demorat party offers nothing to us who choose freedom over tyranny,God over evil.My belief ,and that of most serious Conservatives , is the vast majority of Americans will support a true honest to God Conservative party. We have four short years to build this party of the Majority and it can not be done by sleeping with dogs that breed fleas of radical liberalism. Certainly we must draw from the present Republican and democrat party those members who agree with the solid and pure Principles of Conservatism.As always the Conservative Party must be open to ALL races , all GOD fearing Religions.and open to free discussion within the Principles that would guard the Conservative movement . We must not welcome radical liberals , socialist , Communist , or Marxist , they would find no support in the Conservative party, their natural home for such radical politics would continue to be found flourishing in either the current democrat party or its companion the current Republican party.If AMERICA is to be RESCUED from the destructive forces that gained much strength in the past election a very Strong , very Aggressive , God fearing Conservative Party must be born out of the ashes caused mostly by Conservative Timidity. THINK!

I haven't followed any of what you have said on other posts but I can say that the criticisms of this post are not accurate. Strong language aside you have said nothing that is bigoted or reminscent of either KKK or brown shirts.

I doubt that a third party will able to get enough support to supplant the GOP. There are third parties but they have gone no where.

The GOP used to be the Whig (sp?) party and then they changed. More recently the GOP used to be conservative and then it changed. I think it is more likely that it could be forced to change back again.

The GOP tried to get bigger by being more inclusive but then they lost their identity. It makes more sense to not try to appeal to all of the people all of the time by being wishy washy but to be strong and stand behind right ideas and attract people to you.

An adherence to a few ideas would go a long way:

Small government and low taxes for all.
Honesty in government.
Following the constitution and ideals our nation was founded on.
Respect the rights of all - the social rights of liberals and the property rights of conservatives.

Unfortunately, there are too many people brainwashed by the liberal-left, and hence too few conservatives. The short term goal should be re-taking the republican party, and dragging along the RINOs. The message to the RINOs who control it now should be:

"You've had your way for 20 years. You've won when you've won only because of conservative support. The last RINO candidate lost in a historic disaster for the country. You've taken the conservative support for granted, and done little to nothing for the conservative agenda. Enough. After four years of Obama, the country will be desperate for a republican, but it's going to be a conservative, or you'll lose EVEN then, because we will stay home on election day."

Meantime, conservatives need to build institutions that fight the liberal cancer. Just one area is the brainlock the libs have on the young. A whole generation have been turned into Bots, no less surely than the PRC Red Guards in the 1960s. How they did this is no mystery: the liberal control of the media and government schools, the vast organized effort on the net in the last election campaign. Conservatives need to build up the non-lib media, including at the very least another non-lib news network. The PBC, which uses tax money for lib brainwashing, needs to be fought at every turn. Alternatives to the government schools need to be built up. The illegal alien invasion needs to be fought at the grass roots level. On and on - theres lots of work to be done.

OK, here's how it pans out.

If someone is holding a racist position, I think its fair to call them out on it if its done in the right way. Calling someone a nazi because they attack someones view of conservatism is not quite as justified is it?

People do break the rules and get away with it on this forum, because I feel the moderators try to go for a sensible style of moderation. While people shout about it being authoritarian, we try and use bans and infractions as a last port of call. Would anyone like it to be done differently?
