$9.3M award to a man for a cop acting courageous!

Guy on a bike asked a cop for directions. Not confident of those directions he goes into a White castle to ask further directions.
A major crime right? Well according to the pig cop who feels the need to detain him and choke him. The guy feels scared and breaks away and runs.
This hero cop(Brave!) and a couple of his armed buddies chase the guy down and assault him to such a degree he breaks his foot and has permanent disability.

Again no crime committed.

Cops are like criminals in that they are all sinners unless or until they seek Jesus for forgiveness of their sins and a new life by His Holy Spirit. The US paid over $100 million to two men and the families of two others for having been wrongly framed by J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI for a murder Hoover and the FBI knew they did not commit. Three of the men were sentenced to death and the fourth to life in prison. Two died in prison and two spent decades in prison before Congress intervened and investigated their case (in spite of years of opposition against the investigation by bent justice officials including Robert Mueller) and found the men had been framed.
