1. The sudden surge in natural disasters seems to have caught many people off guard in the affected countries. Wildfires are ravaging the following regions.

2. The following are regions devastated by torrential rains and deadly floods.

(c) Flooding in the Philippines
(d) Flooding in Germany
(e) Flooding in Belgium
(f) Flooding in the Netherlands
(g) Flooding in London
3. The extreme global weather situation seems to indicate a correlation between wildfires, heatwave and drought in certain regions, and torrential rains and deadly floods in other regions of the world.
Whatever name is given to my theory (such as the Law of Indestructibility of Water Cycle, or the Law of Global Water Equilibrium), wildfires, heatwave and floods occupy one end of the equation of the law, while torrential rains and extensive floods occupy the other end to form the global water equilibrium. Although water seems to have disappeared completely from the drought-stricken regions or wildfire zones, in actuality not one molecular of water has been lost because all the water that has evaporated into the atmosphere would eventually return to the global water system as torrential rains and extensive floods in the same region, but more often than not, in other parts of the world.
