Nobody wants them to go away, they just don't want the ones that got hired to meet some stupid color quota over MERIT and SKILL.  Its pathetic you people have to inject race baiting into EVERYTHING. 

DEI could work the other way too.  If a white person tried to get a job in a mostly minority area, there's a chance they could hire an unqualified white person.  DEI is a crappy concept no matter which way you spin it.  Thank goodness its DEAD
