Democrats are crooks and liars and imagine they have found a way to keep voting rolls illegally bloated by having illegals register to vote within 90 days of an election so their names supposedly cannot be removed from voting rolls.  Why did election officials not remove the names of illegals before the 90 days as required by law?  Because leftists have always wanted illegals to register to vote in order to boost democrats' chances in elections and they are willing to break all laws necessary to steal elections by fraud.
