If someone sees that some ICE goon is going to grab their wife, their son, their daughter, their mother, father, sister or brother an stuff them away in some Salvadorean prison, an they can prevent this from happening with a well thrown brick. there is NO WAY that clobbering the ICE goon with a brick can be described as "terrorism."
