So what it would safe kids isnt that the point ***** and are you going to ban other sports also *****its a tradeoff, *****.
banning kids from cars would be an extreme negative impact on kids and families.
having kids only play flag football until age 12 (or whatever it is) has a very minor impact on anyone.
