Aha, we have a thread on this now! As before, I've posted a link to a paper which asserts that raising the minimum wage will hurt the labor market and effectively worsen poverty, thus being a net negative effect and directly counterproductive to boot. I was under the impression that "living wage" was subject to different application depending on juristiction. Would tying living wage to minimum wage only apply to those cities/states/countys who have such?
