In the same vein as the age of consent thread, this one is about the drinking ages through-out the world.I personally don't mind it being 21 or 18. I can see why the U.S government increased it many years ago. My only problem is that Americans can sign up or be enlisted to fight and die for America, but can't have a beer. To me that is crap.This isn't a U.S only thread either. If you feel that Europe's, Asia's, Australia's, etc... laws are to lax or prohibitive, please chime in.
