The power went out in the middle of finishing this as I had to copy thousands of pages and make five whole copies to then serve upon the Chief Justice, the Court, the US and Obama. Roberts gets three! Anyways unless I made a technical error like forgot to sign something then it should be entered asap. I know he received all of my typos as it was too late in the day to redo the corrections and I had not saved it when the power shut off. I wanted it mailed Saturday. I used the form Bush V Gore's attorney's used and I attached that to my letter to the clerk so he would know as this is unheard of and a form does not actually exist for me to follow. The writ of cert form would not do.
In order to unviolate Marbury the Chief Justice has to hear me againl they need me. Hey, the first rule of military engagement? Always arrive at the scene of battle with at least one weapon hidden. That way you become valuable to the enemy. I made certain I am extremely valauble; so valuable the enemy might join me against the unethical now "in charge" of this nation. nothing like being in charge of the chaos is there? I told the Court in my unanswered suit: Also at play is an extraordinary law of this universe known as entropy.
Let's just say Congress is about to get a dose of its own medicine. Big time. 
I was never so thankful in my life for getting screwed by the solicitor general. My facts? One of them is he and I exchanged letters and I openly chrged him with failure to protect and failure to obey the spirit of the law long before my case came back to him. If I represent the enitre ethical and law abiding US then he works for us not the other way around. The standard every single person is held to is US law - period. He can never claim he was unaware or did not know. when the 5th passed and no answer? I was screaming as I knew then BREECH OF CONTRACT!!! The very last hurdle between me and the actual person. I have two side arms -the Declaration and Constitution; I have bullets too -the Federalist Papers. I'm not Paul Stevens or Bader-Ginsburg either as I'm only 40 so I can knock these guys out if I have to...I can take John Roberts in a fist fight, lol!!! He doesn't have to worry though as I would never hit a guy wearing a dress but I would indeed hit a guy wearing glasses: Dick Cheney.
I'm working on a third case filing already. This one will be very brief as these guys are either gonna get it at last - decide to obey the law as it is written - or literally move over and so get out of our way. I cannot wait to tell anotinin scalia I have reasoned and decied "Associate Justice Antonin Scalia" is a prefetory clause so he has been magically erased from our Court! People, it can and may happen and did:
I, Susan, am a well regulated militia of one. Safety is a duty, a privilege and a right. I can and may bear arms to then return fire in the event of a military backed takeover or other hostile takeover of our government. This is actual war; unlike Congress? I legally declared it and served those breaking our law and/or skirting it. I predict a unanimous decision against Congress. Barack Obama's destiny and fate is in his own hands.
