at least on one issue:

Obama Wins Unlikely Allies in Immigration

At a time when the prospects for immigration overhaul seem most dim, supporters have unleashed a secret weapon: a group of influential evangelical Christian leaders.

Normally on the opposite side of political issues backed by the Obama White House, these leaders are aligning with the president to support an overhaul that would include some path to legalization for illegal immigrants already here.

How's that for politics making strange bedfellows?

Lets see one of them says that he will support Obama if his plan is right. (will not does!) Not to mention that just because 5 or 6 quote unquote evangelicals support something doesn't mean that all of them do as a whole. I mean for goodness sake crazy Pat Robertson is a supposed evangelical, but he's an absolute nut case. And just because he supports the idea of supposed global warming doesn't mean that evangelicals do. What is most interesting is that in order to get a larger voting base Obama/liberals are willing to take support from these guys.....after they have fought, bashed, and called them racists for years. Mark my words alligning with these guys will cost him more in the long run and if they allow themselves to be used by Obama like so many others have they should be ashamed. Obama's gay voters, and climate change voters aren't gonna be happy with Barry selling out these slimiest of all evangelicals.
