Pope Pius collaborated with Mussolini, you idjit.  What system of government is the only one mentioned in the Bible?  Hereditary monarchy.   On no age of the Bible does it mention the people governing themselves, or even having rulers chosen from among the peolpl. HELL NO! You had to be somehow related to King David to even be chosen to be diddled by the Inseminating angel!
