What would you have them do? The people were warned. Disaster struck, and those in it's wake are now suffering. Who's fault is it anyway? It all comes back to personal responsibility. I don't care how many government agencies there are or how much money you throw at them, disasters will always strike, and people will always get hurt because of their own choices.
