Mission Statement:

Summary:

WHERAS the U.S. Government is a corporation providing services in exchange for taxes and bound by the contracts agreed upon by both parties, both parties much honor such agreements or be held liable in the Court of Law. I will identify numerous circumstances where the U.S. Government has failed to honor such agreements. I will legally, lawfully, and peacefully request payment in full or present such dishonors to the proper Courts of Law and abolish any existing contracts between myself and the U.S. Government as they have proven to be unsuitable for sustainable and honorable business.

This is as real as it gets. This is about "YOUR God given unalienable right to speak up when you see wrong being done and being able to do what you can to fix it²". Please pay very close attention to my wording from here on out. I will refer to myself as 'I'.

Opening Statements to a Judge of an eleventh circuit:

Please consider the following question: Who are "WE THE PEOPLE", as stated in the LAW OF THE LAND, law that both CORPORATE and NON-CORPORATE individuals must abide to? Is "WE THE PEOPLE... YOU? Is "WE THE PEOPLE... THEM? NO!!! " WE THE PEOPLE... IS I!

I am approaching the situation with caution and respect for law and order, as does the Government of the United States and all corporations that operate within.

It is my understanding that the government, the individual, and I, are are responsible for our own actions. I will exercise "MY" right to "ABOLISH" the government from my life for the FRAUD and TREASON committed by the government. THUS, it is MY RIGHT to ABOLISH the U.S. Government from my life, but not the life of every other individual person. Each individual person that has agreed to enter any contract is solely responsible for the contracts they are entered within; however, third party's are not allowed to enter into any agreements without consent of all parties within any contract. This is why I cannot speak for every individual, but I can speak for myself. I can prove that a third party -- THE U.S. GOVERNMENT -- has not only dishonored my contract, but they have unlawfully entered in as third parties to other contracts of which they were originally no part of.
