The end is near.  In 2000 the Republicans placed George W. Bush in The White House and we went from a Rhodes Scholar to the village idiot.  Quickly they realized Bush was a wader that had been shoved in the deep end.  Instead of propping him up behind the scenes, they rallied to rationalize, justify and excuse away all his blunders.

His incompetence, which he celebrated by extending it into all branches of our federal government, created disaster after disaster.  The Republicans continued to turn a blind eye and attempted to label his critics as "traitors", "anti-Americans", and worse.

His legacy as America's worst president was so secure, only second tier Republicans showed up to enter the presidential race.  One by one, Republicans eliminated them, settling not on the candidate they really wanted, but the one least offensive.  Their candidate continued the Bush incompetence, bumbling through his campaign with months and months of mis-steps.

Now we're approaching the finish line.  It's not exclusively John McCain's fault the Republicans are going to lose.  It's the fault of all the Republicans, especially the blind sheep that continued to support the Bush disasters.  The sheep, the lemmings, the dittoheads, are about to get the prize they deserve... a LOSS!
