As far as heat engines go The Kelvin - Plank statement of the second law states: "Second Law of Thermodynamics: It is impossible to extract an amount of heat QH from a hot reservoir and use it all to do work W . Some amount of heat QC must be exhausted to a cold reservoir." You either have no more than a superficial knowledge of physics or you are being deliberately deceptive. I hope it is the former as the latter doesn't speak well of you. Your inability to come up with a single apt analogy strongly suggests the former.
