But then exploitation continues, the injustice continues, the ecocide continues, the wars continue, the militarism continues, the imperialism continues, the propaganda indoctrination continues, the authoritarianism and oppression continues.

The behavior of the empire is no more changed by getting a new president than a corporation is changed by getting a new secretary at the front desk of its main office.

There was hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed by GWB but no bleating about the people killed there. Strange isn't it.

Americans were first told that Iraq had WMD's and posed an actual threat to our country. And they made a big deal about how Saddam had to be killed and his Baath regime destroyed. Americans were indoctrinated to hate all Muslims. JUst as Hamas indoctrinates all Palestinians to hate all Israelis.

And they destroyed it, and what it caused was the ISIS uprising and a civil war in Syria which is still raging on.

There are no "good guys" in the Israel vs Hamas War. Netanyahu has no clue about how to make Gaza bend to his will. He has no way to get the hostages back. His war is an utter failure, no victory is possible.

Hamas, Hezbollah and the Hutus also have no change of victory.

Eventually, Israel will hold elections, throw Netanyahu out and perhaps his successors might end this totally chaotic mess.

I hear that when Netanyuhu visits the White House, he brings up to eight suitcases of dirty laundry with him, because the White House washes and drycleans the clothes of all its guests.
