What was made public is that Mueller did not find how or who exfiltrated DNC emails from DNC headquarters to Assange.  Leftists, intent on avoiding any spotlight on the Seth Rich murder claimed that Mueller proved Seth Rich had nothing to do with the email transfer, in spite of the evidence to the contrary, by indicting 12 Russians.  That is one of the stupidest attempts to deceive or evade associated with the Mueller failure.

If Mueller had proven, on the other hand, that Russians and only Russians were involved, that would give the argument against the Rich connection some support.  But Mueller did not prove that at all.  In fact Mueller avoided entering into courtrooms to try his case in front of a judge and jury because he knew his case was bogus, as proven by CrowdStrike's testimony that nobody knew how the emails were exfiltrated or who might have done it.

This April, Mueller’s final redacted report concluded WikiLeaks had obtained the leaked emails from cutouts used by Russian intelligence. Assange and WikiLeaks’ public statements about Rich, the report goes on to say, were “apparently designed to obscure the source of the materials that WikiLeaks was releasing.”

Mueller’s brief section about Rich and WikiLeaks specifically accused Assange of “dissembling” about the source of the stolen DNC emails. It also says that Assange “implied falsely” that Rich was his source. On Wednesday, Mueller has the opportunity to translate this dry legalese into a clear, full-throated rebuke of the Rich conspiracy theorists.
