Your last two paragraphs deserve nothing more than being ignored but I will respond to the beginning. Canadians opposed the current Iraq war and Chretien who was our P.M. at the time made the decision to keep our military out of it. Behind the scenes there could have been Canadian participation to a small degree but it was certainly against the will of the people.Mor importantly is the fact that we willingly took part in the first Gulf war and that was a huge mistake. I believe that our informal acceptance of that fact was instrumental in keeping us out of a continuation of the destruction of Iraq for the US's illegal, immoral, and evil purposes aimed at economic and political gain.
