There are differences of opinions in every state about how to prove election fraud or how to certify elections.  However, no ballots can be verified without involved investigations requiring days or months to complete, so nobody can disprove the evidence of fraud since nobody committed to thorough investigations to either prove or disprove the presence of fraud.
