Nixon caved on the fraud.  He fought like a modern Rhino against investigating voter fraud because he thought such exposure of fraud could do irreparable damage to American confidence in elections.  Nixon verbalized the same concerns so many judges and officials expressed for opposing investigations into the 2020 election fraud.
