Where are we told that Kemp and Raffensperger agreed that voting machines should be protected from post-election handling until they could be examined by experts to verify the machines had not been corrupted in the 2020 election?  We are not told that because Kemp and Raffensperger had no intention of proving the 2020 election had not been corrupted.
