I'm guessing that you don't get enough sexual outlet in your marriage and even as a nominal Catholic you can't justify sex outside of your marriage, so you obsess about it. This does explain some of your hang up with "context" since you can't separate sex and love without a lot of help. It's sad to see even a nominal Christian equating Jesus' commandment about love to be about sex.
