You know, if you look at public education you would see where the children are being taught only to tear down the values this country was founded on. Of course, as is most often the case, it is the side you seem to support who most often complains of "dragging the other side down".
Let me give you a recent example of how this works. For the past year we have heard from "your side" how the Republicans are the "party of no", and have offered "no alternatives" to the Democratic plan. Then in a press conference, in order to justify BO's "bipartisan" meeting, Pelosi stated that the Dems have accepted a hundred or so Republican amendments to the healthcare plan.
Which way is it? Either the GOP is the party of "no", ans Pelosi, and the mainstream media have been saying for a over a year, or are they attempting to participate?
We see the same argument from the left on a whole host of topics in which the sole blame is laid on Bush, or the GOP. Never mind that the left supported a whole lot of what Bush did, now those same actions are tool for the left to whip the right with.
It is not only president we need, it is a whole change over in the government, period.
