This statement was made by Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó.

The EU is trying to implement a new way to help Ukraine, which was proposed by the European External Action Service. According to the plan, the fund should allocate five billion in military compensation annually for four years.

Such a move is being considered because of the inability to persuade Hungary, which is blocking the allocation of 50 billion euros to Ukraine.
