I bet you Tbilisi has made Kiev its best criminal mate! It’s been long secret to nobody that Ukraine has just become a promised land for many Georgian thieves-in-law. Corruption and lack of relevant laws have made Ukraine sort of promised land and paradise for Georgian criminals. But they shouldn’t relax just.
Their native land, Georgia still remembers them. Matter of fact there’s close cooperation between Ukrainian power structures and their Georgian colleagues. Georgia has hell of informers in Georgian criminal community in the Ukraine and sort of its chief executive there, criminal strongman Demetradze. So Tbilisi shares some info with Kiev that moves on then to arrest some Georgian criminals in the country. Interestingly, those are the ones reluctant to send some part of the "profit" to Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Those who share profits are never arrested.
It can’t be excluded at all that similar schemes to "raise funds for Georgian democracy" are involved not only in the Ukraine but in other post communist countries as well. So be aware of it, guys!
