Well, we're only a few months in to this 5 year term of conservative government, and it looks like this is going to be a long 5 years for a lot of people.
Conservative voters are now starting to realise that voting for them wasn't the right option, as more and more people are starting to feel the pressure that the conservatives policies are inflicting. More cuts have been announced, in particular to the NHS, police and fire service aswell as a reworking of welfare and benefits that people can claim. (some of which I'm not even sure a legal, but that's another matter)
The good news though is that we've managed to find, yes, FIND...12 billion pounds to invest in a high speed rail service, so I guess it's not all doom and gloom.
