If Obama cares about the middle class why didnt he undo George Bushs bankruptcy laws?

    George Bush signed an bankruptcy law that the Middle Class cant file for bankruptcy just to get out your bills. But the Wealthy and corperations can. Like GM filed for bankruptcy for Volt battery plants. See theyre getting out of debt BUT YOU CANT!!

    Yeah he can,,,Other Presidents have undo what their predecessor did,,Like Bush undid Clintons laws for example

    he can advocate to get congress to do it. thats it.

    Bjut the wealthy can still escape with bankruptcy. The Middle class folks cant! If Obama is truely for the little guy why could he undo Bushs bankruptcy laws that disadvanges the middle class people
