Your comment is meaningless.  If insurance covered pre-existing conditions, it wouldn't be insurance.  The idea of buying insurance AFTER you get a disease is like demanding to buy fire insurance AFTER your house has burned down, and then demanding to be reimbursed.  You're a "little" confused.
