Here is a link to a piece of computer animation put together by a compuer rendering organization for some Harvard biology students. It is incredilbe.
I was particularly facinated by the motor protien that was walking along the line towing the sphere of lipids.

After you watch the video, if you are interested there is a longer version with voice over instead of the music that goes into an explanation of what is going on. It is more informative, but not as beautiful as the first video.
